A large amount of money is being used by market research firms, as they provide companies with consumers’ opinions about certain products either before they are launched to know what market to launch it into; or consumers’ opinions about existing products to ascertain what needs to be done to revamp and improve them.

With access to the internet being widespread, this has opened up a new arena in which these corporations are able to reach out and contact the consumer. It’s also possible that you are able to find and contact these companies as well. But, these companies are unlikely to respond back to you on an individual basis.

Usually what’s done is that they contract with a middleman who is given a contract to write about their products for them. This way, the companies have unfettered access to the views and opinions of their customers.

Additionally, this helps the companies to gather a wider range of customers that they can get to revisit their sites by giving them better information and using different methods to get them to purchase their products.

This is made possible by the articles that are written and placed on their sites. Right now, there are two ways that you can use to get paid to fill out surveys.

The first way is by free surveys. These are websites which offer a free service. You sign up to their “list of companies” and in return for this, they’ll provide you access to these companies and their surveys. The problem with this is that most of them don’t give you what they say and you usually end up getting alot of spam emails which only serve to waste your time. You spend alot of time and effort, but you don’t make any money for it.

Through the second approach - the online paid survey sites, where you yourself have to pay as well follow the same other processes as the free ones, except for one small detail. You have to pay them to register before you can get paid to fill out surveys. For some people this might be a problem, but in reality, you get what you pay for.

So when you join up for these get paid to fill out surveys programs, you’ll likely end up with an in-box full of emails, so the good idea is to setup a separate email address, for example a G-mail or Yahoo , which you can use exclusively for your online paid survey account.

Be sure that you put the email that comes from the paid survey place on the white list. This will allow it to get through to your in-box without being automatically tossed in the spam or bulk email folder. You can send the other emails that you don’t want into the spam box as well.
